Transition to Long Buckby Junior School

Year 2 childrem moving to Year 3 at Long Buckby Junior School 

Year 2 parents will need to apply for a junior school place.

Applications are made on the West Northamptonshire Council website and ca be found at https://www.westnorthants.gov.uk/primary-school-places/apply-primary-school-place. 

 

We work very closely with the junior school and always ensure that our children are ready for the next part in their education journey. 

As part of our year 2 transition: 

• The staff from Long Buckby Junior School will be visiting the Year 2 children in the summer term.
• The Year 2 children will be going to the junior school to join in with their sports day event.
• They will also join the Year 6 children to watch their end of year production.
